Gourmet Wine Tour

Food and wine, what a great combination!  This is for the “foodies” out there

We start the day with a trip to the Paarl wine region and a visit to FAIRVIEW WINERY.

 A Nine course paired Master Cheese/wine experience awaits us

VILLIERA ESTATE is next where we take a look behind the scenes with a cellar tour followed by a Champagne/Nougat Tasting

Lunch is going to be an 8 course Tappas/Wine tasting   

The main concept behind pairings is that certain elements (such as texture and flavor) in both food and wine interact with each other, thus finding the right combination of these elements will make the entire dining experience

After lunch we end the day with a Chocolate/wine experience at WATEFORD.
