White Wine Tour Heaven and Earth Wine Valley

We visit the “Heaven and Earth “wine region in Hermanus. Situated a couple of miles from the ocean this wine region is known for its white wine and excellent Pinot Noirs!
We leave Cape Town early for the drive over the Helderberg Mountains and through the Elgin Apple growing region before dropping down over the Houw Hoek Mountain pass and onto Hermanus.
Our first stop is BOUCHARD FINLAYSON famous for their Chardonnays and Pinot Noir as well as their great selection of white wines. NEWTON JOHNSON further up the valley continues to impress with their beautifully crafted wines.
Lunch ( a 6-course Tapas/wine pairing ) will be on CREATION VINEYARD To demonstrate the huge impact that food and wine have on each other, a delicious array of tapas, each specially prepared by Creation’s talented chefs to match a specific wine, are on offer.
After lunch we meander back to Cape Town via the famous Clarence drive, hugging the coastline it has to be one of the most spectacular coastal drives in the world and maybe the chance to spot a whale or two!
